A wondrous play by award-winning playwright Finegan Kruckemeyer.  This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl Does Nothing brings to life through word, music and movement the heart-felt and glorious adventures of three girls – three sisters – who are triplets. When their father abandons them in the woods, three sisters face an uncertain future and each makes a decision, one walks one way around the world, another walks the opposite way around, and the third stays put where she is. Conquering fears, helping others, soul searching and twenty years later, they make their way back home to reunite as stronger women. Using creative and simple stagecraft, choreography and improvisation, a diverse cast will create the backdrop for a very different type of play. “We may be great out here. Or freeze out here. We may fall down to our knees out here. The only thing we cannot do…Is go back. And that’s okay – life is not for going back.”

(Audition requirements: a 1 to 2-minute comic or dramatic monologue, movement exercise).
