Musical Theatre Academy is the training program of Center Stage Youth Theatre.
It is designed to give students the exact skills they need to succeed on stage. Instead of enrolling in a full semester of classes and hoping your child learns what they need, our Academy is built around focused 3-week courses in the core areas of musical theatre: dance, acting, vocals, and audition preparation. Each class is clearly laid out with beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, so parents know exactly what their child will be learning and can register for the course that best helps them improve. With this structure, students gain targeted training, build confidence quickly, and develop the essential tools to shine in rehearsals, auditions, and performances.

We will be soft launching our Musical Theatre Academy this Fall with sessions in Dance and Acting. Please see below for the classes that will be offered.

Middle School Classes

This acting class is designed to elevate the skills of our older school students. Through engaging exercises, scene work, and character exploration, students will deepen their understanding of acting techniques, build confidence on stage, and help them refine their craft. Perfect for students with some prior experience, as this class will help them prepare for more advanced roles.
