Anti-Bullying Commitment
At Center Stage, we believe every young performer deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported. Theatre is a collaborative art form, and the strength of any production comes from a community that lifts one another up.

Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or exclusion of any kind have no place in our program.
We define bullying as repeated behavior that harms, humiliates, or isolates another student. This can include teasing, social exclusion, intimidation, spreading rumors, online harassment connected to our program, or using popularity or cast roles to demean others.
Center Stage is committed to creating an environment where:
• Students encourage and celebrate one another
• Differences are respected and valued
• Concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly
• Every student knows their voice matters

Students and families are encouraged to speak with our staff if a concern arises. All reports are handled with care and taken seriously. Our leadership will always prioritize the safety and well-being of our students.

At Center Stage, talent helps a show succeed but kindness is what makes a community thrive.
How to Report a Concern
The safety and well-being of our students is our highest priority. If a student experiences bullying, harassment, or behavior that makes them feel unsafe or excluded, we want to know.

Students, parents, and community members can report concerns using our confidential reporting form.

Reports may be submitted by students or parents and can include concerns about bullying, harassment, intimidation, or any behavior that affects a student’s safety or well-being within Center Stage activities.

All reports are reviewed by Center Stage leadership. We take every concern seriously and will review the information promptly. When appropriate, we will follow up with the individuals involved and their families to ensure the situation is addressed.
Students will never be punished for reporting a concern in good faith. Speaking up helps us maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

If a situation requires immediate attention during a rehearsal or event, students should notify a director or staff member right away.
